We’re not just winging it when you call for service - saying ‘yeah, we can probably, maybe, somehow, get to you sometime during the week’, whenever we’re ready to get to your plumbing job. No; that’s not how we operate.

As you can imagine, we use an app to manage everything.

The app is called Housecall Pro. It allows us to schedule jobs, dispatch a plumber; write and send estimates; price a job; text clients when we’re on our way; text when we start and finish a job; see where our plumbers are located; email an invoice; collect cash, check or credit card payments; ask for a Google review; and much more.

The whole point is to communicate effectively, efficiently, and often with you - our client.

One of my pet peeves is attempting to schedule an appointment with a tradesman and he is wishy washy about when he is coming to fix my problem.

Our goal is to get to you the same day or the next day after you call for service. Most of the time we can do this. But sometimes we can’t, unfortunately. Even so, we owe it to you to communicate with you asap if our schedule needs to be moved around for whatever reason - like today when we couldn’t drive on the roads because they were all flooded and closed for several hours. Stuff happens. And most people understand.
