Attic Water Heater In Youngsville Leaking

This week a client in Youngsville noticed water leaking out of a small pipe coming out of the brick of his house. He immediately checked in his attic and sure enough his water heater was leaking into a drain pan. The drain pan has a pipe that leads outside where water can drip onto the ground in case the water heater ever leaks.

The gentleman who lives in the original portion of Copperfield Subdivision hired us to replace his electric water heater in his attic.

We installed a Rheem 50-gallon Gladiator model water heater with a leak detection sensor and automatic water shut off in case the unit ever leaks. It comes with a 12-year manufactures warranty and we purchased an additional 5-year extended warranty for our client.

As part of the plumbing services we provide, we registered our clients water heater with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
